This residential complex is a project created to participate in the Architectural Competition. The competition encourages participants to re-think the abandoned green site near the river Lys in Kortrijk city, Belgium. This design proposal assumes the renovation of the embankment pedestrian area and creation of 3 residential buildings with offices and restaurants on the ground floor.
